A careers platform was created to offer Design course alumni targeted job opportunities. I designed the platform from the ground up focusing on unique features that would be trialled to offer alumni a alternative approach to finding a job.
Through user interviews and an array of UX research practices, I implemented design decisions which included;

5 key filter options informed by top-level search enquiries found on LinkedIn, GoogleJobs, Reed.co.uk

Filter headings mirrored on job overview cards

Limited applications per week to negate scatter gun submissions and provide quality candidates

Encouraged LinkedIn login for a quick and transparent application process

Dedicated application manager to provide feedback and improve success rate
